TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Method of payment.
Payment for goods must be made in advance.
All major credit and debit cards accepted, with the exception of American Express.
Customers preferring to pay by cheque are asked to make cheques payable to:-

Payment should include postage and packaging. (see below for charges)

Orders

All orders are accepted subject to availability and any orders accepted by phone, email or fax are deemed to be provisional only.
All ceramics produced by Gwili Pottery are individually hand made and therefore no two pieces are identical. Photographic images should be viewed as a guide only
All sizes and dimensions are approximate.
Specific orders/commissions may be arranged by phone or by visiting the pottery. Customers should be aware that it can take up to 6 weeks to complete the making process of a specific order.
VAT is automatically included in retail price.
Please be aware that orders from outside of the UK will be accepted only after discussion by both parties as delivery costs and delivery times vary according to destination.

Delivery
Subject to availability we aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of your order being placed.
The goods are sent out by contracted carrier and within the UK should be with you the following day, although this cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control.
All risk in the goods passes to the customer on delivery.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with your purchase please contact us within 7 working days to arrange their return.
Full refunds will be given for errors on our part or faulty goods. Any goods damaged in transit must be returned to Gwili Pottery before a replacement is despatched.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a U.K. consumer.

Goods up to and over the value of £100 - P&P £20

All Gwili Pottery products are individually hand produced to the highest quality by highly skilled craftspeople. The products are safe for use in both microwave and dishwasher. Not recommended for use in conventional ovens. All variations in colour and design reflect the nature of hand made ware.
